Should I choose Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi and 4G?

Wi-Fi models get online through Wi-Fi or your phone's hotspot. Wi-Fi and 4G models also take a SIM card, so you can get online anywhere with mobile coverage.

Which Samsung tablet should I buy?

The Galaxy Tab S range has the best screens and performance, and some models support the S Pen. The Galaxy Tab A range costs less and suits streaming, browsing and kids. Tab Active models are rugged tablets built for work.

Which grade should I choose?

Grades only describe how the phone looks. Choose Excellent if you want it to look like new, Very Good for minor marks only visible under direct light, or Good for the lowest price. See our grades guide for details.

How long is the warranty?

12 months as standard. Phones bought between 1 October and 25 December 2026 come with a 15-month warranty. Your warranty length is recorded on your order.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is free and takes 2 to 3 working days. Express delivery is €5.99 for 1 to 2 working days. Dublin same-day delivery is €9.99 for orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Saturday.

Can I return my phone?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, with a free return label for Irish customers. See returns and refunds.
