Are refurbished iPads reliable?
Yes. Every iPad we sell passes a 70-point inspection, is PhoneCheck certified and has its data wiped. It also comes with our warranty and 30-day returns, so you're covered if anything isn't right.
What condition will my iPad be in?
Every iPad we sell is graded Very Good: minor marks on the body that are only visible under direct light, and a perfect screen.
What battery health will my iPad have?
Every iPad has at least 80% battery health. The battery is also covered by our warranty for 90 days.
Which iPads get the latest iPadOS?
In our range, the iPad 9 (2021), iPad Pro 11" (2020) and iPad Pro 12.9" (2020 and 2021) run iPadOS 27, the latest version. Older models stay on the last version Apple released for them, so some newer apps may not install. If you want the latest apps and updates, choose one of those four.
Should I choose Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi + 4G?
Wi-Fi models get online through Wi-Fi or your phone's hotspot. Wi-Fi + 4G models also take a SIM card, so you can get online anywhere with mobile coverage.
Which iPad should I buy?
The iPad suits everyday browsing, streaming and schoolwork. Choose an iPad Pro for the biggest screen and the fastest performance, or an iPad Air for something in between. Go for more storage if you keep lots of photos, videos or apps. Not sure? Ask our team.
How long is the warranty?
12 months as standard. iPads bought between 1 October and 25 December 2026 come with a 15-month warranty. Your warranty length is recorded on your order.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is free and takes 2 to 3 working days. Express delivery is €5.99 for 1 to 2 working days. Dublin same-day delivery is €9.99 for orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Saturday.
Can I return my iPad?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, with a free return label for Irish customers. See returns and refunds.

Can I see an iPad before I buy?
Yes. Visit our Dublin showroom at Unit 16, Oak Road Business Park, Dublin 12, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
What is the difference between refurbished and new?
A refurbished iPad is a genuine Apple iPad that has been used before, then inspected, data wiped and graded by our team in Dublin. It costs less than new, and buying refurbished keeps a working iPad in use instead of a new one being made.
